Personal Development: Develop the skills and mindset for success

Hi there and welcome,

This week we finish our 4-week video series on How to step up your leadership game for 2018 and the topic is Personal Development.

I love all-things personal development and I find it so alarming to meet so many people who run from it from it! If you are one of them, I would love for you to watch this week’s video.

Personal development is a key factor for you to achieve your full potential and high performance in all you do. Because when you grow, everything around you grows and expands (including other people).

As you become intentional about developing yourself, you will learn how to high perform in your strengths and improve your ability in your weaknesses. You will learn how to overcome the challenges that hold you back. You will learn how to manage your emotions and how to assess the emotional of others. You learn how to communicate better, how to position yourself better. Your confidence improves as well as your ability to navigate through all the opportunities around you with authority.

In case you have missed the other video blogs in this series, here is what we discussed:

In the first week, we spoke about how in leadership, it’s all about you! People don’t buy into your vision, they buy into you (and then, your vision). Click here to read more about this and watch the video.

Then, we discussed about how love in leadership transforms lives and workplaces. You can learn more about that by clicking here.

Last week, we spoke about the importance of developing emotional and social intelligence in order to lead yourself and others efficiently. You can get more on that by clicking here.

And, of course, if you haven’t watched this week’s video, you can click on the image below:

Have a fantastic week!

Cheers to your continued success,

Vaine
